IPCC 2006, Vol 4, Ch 10, Table 10.14 for cattle, swine and
buffalo and Table 10.15 for sheep, goats and poultry. Table 10.14 is
resolved per degree Celsius, and the value taken for a temp_zone is
not always the bound of that class, nor always present in the row:
North American dairy cows 53 is the 12 degree column rather than the 48
of the cool class, Asian dairy cows 16 is the 18 degree column rather
than the 31 of the warm class, Latin American dairy cows 1 is the cool
value where the warm class gives 2, and Western European dairy cows 20
appears in no column of that row (its cool value is 21).
