IPCC 2019 Refinement, Vol 4, Ch 10, Table 10.4 (Updated), which repeats the 2006 Guidelines values and adds the goat row (0.315). Two rows published in both editions are absent here, and the "Non-lactating/Bulls" row conflates them: intact bulls take 0.370, not the 0.322 of non-lactating cows, steers and juveniles, and lambs under one year take 0.236 rather than the 0.217 of mature sheep.
